NYU DIGITAL SKILLS PANEL

Adjunct Professor, New York University

I teach Digital Skills in Food Media within the Food Studies Department. The course provides a broad understanding of the digital media landscape and aims to highlight basic technical skills that will allow students to successfully cover the food world. In the course, students learn how to create a brand identity through the use of social media, photo, video, and writing while also gaining an understanding in web management and content strategy tools.
